Cancellation and refund policy

Staging draft for owner/legal approval. This test environment does not accept real payments.

Cancellation

You can cancel through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid annual term, and access continues through the paid-through date.

Failed renewal

If an annual renewal fails, access continues during one seven-day grace period while billing details are updated. The grace period is not restarted by repeated payment attempts.

Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed by a manager. There is no automatic customer refund button. A confirmed full refund ends membership access and cancels an open physical-card job; a partial refund is reviewed and does not automatically change access.

Disputes

A payment dispute temporarily suspends membership and card eligibility. Access is restored or ended according to Stripe’s final dispute outcome.
