Information used

We use your name, email address, membership and billing references, card-delivery choice, appointment history and membership activity to operate the service.

Payments and delivery

Stripe processes payment details. We do not store card numbers. For UK post, a delivery-address snapshot is retained only for card fulfilment and is purged after dispatch or cancellation under the operational retention policy.

Account security

Member access uses a membership number, registered email address and a time-limited email code. Billing and audit records are restricted to authorised operational systems and staff.

Contact the membership team to ask about access, correction, retention or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and audit requirements.
