Membership terms

Membership

The access membership costs £150 per year including VAT, is for people aged 18 or over, and renews automatically each year until cancelled.

What is included

Membership includes one physical card by collection or UK post at no extra charge, a member account, haircut history and access to submit out-of-hours appointment requests. A request is not a confirmed appointment until the team confirms it.

Services

Haircuts and other grooming services are paid separately. Membership does not include the price of those services.

Cards

One card is supplied by collection or UK post. A card remains the property of the membership programme and may be made ineligible when membership is suspended or ends.
